All models, actors, actresses and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct available on vrhouse.tv were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the depiction was created.

VRHOUSE does not produce any of the content available on vrhouse.tv. There are no user uploads. Every title is licensed from the third-party studio that produced it.

With respect to all such content, the original producers are the primary producers as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and they maintain the original records required by those provisions. Each licensor certifies to us, as a condition of its licence, that it holds those records and that every performer was at least eighteen years of age at the time of production.

To the extent VRHOUSE is considered a producer of any content on vrhouse.tv, the Custodian of Records is:
